Glottal stop insertion
If a prefix that ends in a vowel is followed by a vowel, a glottal stop is inserted between the two vowels. This applies in the first person singular and the second person plural.
An example: Some verbs take an i-prefix. In the Inland dialect, this vowel is not deleted (it is in the O and U dialects). If the i-prefix is followed by the first person singular prefix esh- or the second person plural prefix eh-, a glottal stop (') is inserted between the two vowels:
i+esh+zhi > i'eshi 'I call'
