Verbs with Ø-classifier
Subject Prefixes
If a verb has a Ø-classifier, the position preceding the stem is empty. The person prefixes therefore immediately precede the stem and can sometimes interact with it.
The notation for a verb with a Ø-classifier is Ø+ verb.
Because of the absence of an overt classifier, the person prefixes do not change their shape but appear as:
| 1st Sg. | esh- |
| 2nd Sg. | n- |
| 3rd Sg. | Ø- |
| 1st Pl. | ch'- |
| 2nd Pl. | eh- |
| 3rd Pl. | q- |
